From the Architect: “This challenge presents the refurbishment of a home situated within the historic middle of Vilanova, a city close to Barcelona. It’s a three-story house of small dimensions and a triangular form that consists of two liveable flooring and a terrace flooring. The target was to supply balanced areas on the triangular flooring plan and seize the sunshine by the terrace to the darkest areas.
With such unusual dimensions, the thought was to simplify the areas as a lot as potential. We transformed the bottom flooring into a big room with all companies positioned on the perimeter to present the utmost feeling of spaciousness. On the second flooring we designed the bedrooms, every with its personal window.
